Stock Room Clerk

Essential Job Functions:
Receiving of all inbound freight and reconcile packing slips to requisitions.
Make necessary copies and notations for discrepancies and back orders.
Performs receiving function in Plant Maintenance computer program.
Physical stocking of replenishment parts to the shelves.
Daily parts deliveries and errands, wash truck weekly.
Fiscal inventory of stockroom and three parts vans.
Picking, tagging and packaging of parts for restocking three part vans.
Replenishment of parts to vans at harvest sites.
Parts deliveries and pickup at harvest sights after vans return.
Computer entry of parts issued from stockroom to equipment.
Loading and unloading of freight.
Packaging and shipping of parts as required.
Complete daily inspection of forklift using appropriate forms.
Clean, dump trash, sweep and mop work area daily.
Inspect and clean waste oil containment area daily and crush filters on a weekly
basis.
Other duties as directed by the Maintenance Inventory Control Supervisor.

Education/Experience/Skills: (list minimum requirements):
High School Diploma
Minimum 1-2 years experience in related field
Computer literate
BPCS, Excel and Microsoft Outlook experience preferred, but not required

Equipment Operation:
Forklift experience, certification preferred
Must have current valid California drivers license
Small power tools (drill, saw, grinder)
Hot saw and band saw
Computer
Copy machine
Fax machine
Phone and Nextel
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
