The CSSR (SAFE) provides prompt quality service to ensure customer retention and sales support.
The CSSR (SAFE)'s key responsibility is to satisfy all of Wells Fargo customer's service needs and to help them succeed financially through quality retail product sales and referrals.
A CSSR (SAFE) performs a wide range of services including exercising excellent customer service in all customer interactions and following up on Teller referrals and Teller job duties as necessary.
Based on the specific store's needs, a CSSR (SAFE) may spend a portion of their time handling cash transactions; however they primarily center their efforts on proactively servicing mass-market customers, selling basic products to existing customers, and referring customers to other areas of the bank for more complex products and/or services.
This position requires compliance with the S.
Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.
Ongoing employment is contingent upon meeting all such requirements, including acceptable background investigation results.

1+ years experience in customer service or interacting directly with customers.
1+ years experience meeting sales goals/quotas.

Persons in this position must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau loan originator qualification requirements and must comply with Wells Fargo policies related to these requirements.
The loan originator qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, credit fitness and criminal background standards.
Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening.
Ability to speak clearly, succinctly, and accurately using a pleasant tone while using common conversational courtesies.
Experience assessing and meeting the needs of customers and/or solving customer problems.
Experience handling cash such as preparing deposits, handling store revenue.
Experience in position(s) where individual and team goals were monitored.
Experience interacting positively with difficult or hostile customers.
Experience using basic computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite, word processing software, spreadsheet software.
This position requires S.
registration at the time of employment.
The Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) web site (mortgage.
org) provides the MU4R questions and registration required for employment in this position.
Additional experience meeting sales goals.
Additional sales experience (either in person or over the phone).
Experience identifying additional opportunities to sell products and services to customers (‚EUR upselling‚EUR ).
Experience in the financial industry.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
