Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tax Accountant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax law, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
As a Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing tax returns, conducting tax research, and providing strategic tax planning advice to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns accurately and efficiently.
Conduct tax research to ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
Analyze financial data to identify tax-saving opportunities and provide strategic tax planning advice to clients.
Assist clients with tax audits and inquiries from tax authorities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial goals and provide personalized tax solutions.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide proactive tax planning advice.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license preferred.
Minimum of 5
years of experience in tax accounting or related field.
Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
