The salary range for this role is:
$62,986.

Responsibilities:
In accordance with Federal and State regulatory guidelines, ensure plant operation under the most safe, clean and healthy conditions possible.
Supervise and motivate personnel to meet production, construction, and maintenance goals.
Monitor critical points during production runs to ensure a safe, high-quality product.
Establish and monitor maintenance schedules to increase line efficiency and prevent production downtime.
Initiate and request appropriations for projects to increase and maintain production or improve the work atmosphere.
Provide leadership and set the example to maintain the respect and cooperation of employees.
Instruct and train personnel to maintain a knowledgeable workforce.
Communicate and monitor employee responsibilities and expectations; follow-up and administer corrective action when necessary.
Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications and standards.
Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
Quality and Food Safety - Overall responsible for finished product quality and food safety.
Maintain standards and adjust processes to meet standards.
Assists in the development, implementation and maintenance of Del Monte Foods Quality Systems to assure compliance with quality and food safety requirements.
Performs other duties and projects as assigned as required by business needed.

Qualifications:
BS Industrial Technology, Operations Management (or comparable degree) or Equivalent Experience.
2-5 year comparable experience Applicable working experience related to supervision in a food manufacturing Plant.
Strong PC-skills relating to spreadsheet, database and word processing programs.
Excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and priorities at one time Strong problem-solving skills and analytical skills required Comparable supervisory experience preferred WE OFFER:
