9K a year Front Desk & Party Manager CA-Hanford Front Desk and Party Manager JOB DESCRIPTION The Front Desk and Party Manager is responsible for leading a smooth guest check in/ticket purchase experience and responsible for promoting fun Urban Air Parties! Our ideal team member will serve as the 'First Point of Contact' of Urban Air.
They will lead the front desk team and party/event communication and execution.
YOU WILL BE GREAT IF:
You love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted Family Entertainment scene.
You are outgoing and personable with excellent verbal and written communication skills! You are organized and detail oriented.
You love talking to people and selling fun experiences to our customers.
All leads are responded to in a timely fashion - same to next business day! You like booking parties and events months in advance! You take pride in making sure the customer experience is excellent.
You are comfortable handling conflict quickly and fairly.
Responsibilities:
Supports the proper execution of all processes, systems and standards Adheres to scheduled shifts and is willing to stay beyond when business or circumstances dictate Train front desk staff and party leads to the consistently high standard required Set a high standard and good example for front desk and party staff regarding punctuality, attendance and attitude and ensure these standards are always maintained Set a high standard and good example for front desk and party staff regarding cleanliness and hygiene Handling guest concerns regarding the all events and attraction purchases Participate in regular staff meetings and training as and when required Other duties as tasked by General Manager
Qualifications:
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required, some College preferred 1 to 3 years' management experience in the hospitality field preferred SCHEDULE:
Eight (8) hour shift Holidays Weekends WORK REMOTELY:
No WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
Non-typical Family Entertainment environment.
We have great food, millions of dollars' worth of attractions, host the best Special Events and have thousands of people coming to have FUN! We are business casual! Ability to work Saturday, Sunday and/or evening shifts during the week.
